Biography
A North Dakota native, Dr. Lill is coming back to his home state following completion of his PhD from the Applied Behavior Analysis program at the prestigious Munroe-Meyer Institute at the University of Nebraska-Medical Center in Omaha, NE. Whether it be the school, clinic, or home setting, Dr. Lill has provided effective research-based behavioral assessment and intervention. Dr. Lill comes to Pediatric Partners with over 10 years of experience using a collaboration-focused brand of ABA to improve the lives of children and their families.
Dr. Lill specializes in the assessment and treatment of challenging behavior, caregiver training, and school-based behavioral consultation. Dr. Lill has presented his work at regional, national, and international conferences. He has also first-authored, original conceptual and research articles for peer-reviewed journals.
Why did you choose Pediatric Partners?
Dr. Lill came to Pediatric Partners to share his expertise with North Dakota and Minnesota families who have children with specialized needs. Dr. Lill’s goal is not only to provide evidenced-based interventions that solve complex cognitive and behavioral problems; but to also continue to grow the field of ABA through teaching and mentoring future behavior analysts. Working at Pediatric Partners will provide Dr. Lill a tremendous setting to meet these goals.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
Dr. Lill and his wife, Abigail, have four children. Abigail is a freelance writer and entrepreneur with a Master of Fine Arts degree in Creative Writing from Lesley University in Cambridge, MA. Jordan and Abigail have two elementary-aged boys, and twin infant girls. The family also has a German Shepherd, a cat, and a Sun Conure. At home, the family enjoy and play hockey as well as spending time outdoors. The Lills look forward to connecting with the Fargo-Moorhead community through volunteer work, youth sports, and being a part of this growing city!
